Hello. I am looking for a roommate in my house (owned by me). I’m renting one bedroom downstairs. The bedroom already has a bed and a dresser. There is also a shared bathroom downstairs with a shower washer/dryer. In the downstairs there’s also a large room available for use with a table and a sitting area. You will also be able to use the kitchen and living room upstairs (the part of the house I live in). You can also use the living room upstairs and outdoor patio outdoor gym or indoor gym, if you’re interested in that. I’m the owner and will be sharing the living space with you. You have your own private bedroom with a key. This rental is for one person. Occasional guests are acceptable but this rental wouldn’t be suitable for a couple. Also smoking and pets are not allowed. LGBT welcome!
