Hailey's room

Hello! I am looking to rent out the third bedroom in my townhouse. It is two levels in a townhouse complex. We are right off of Princess Street with convenient access to public transit. There is a small plaza with a convenience store, dentist, as well as a gas station just down the street. There is also a nice walking trail at the other end of the street and two parks. Very close to grocery stores and other amenities as well. The room is private, but the renter would have full access to the rest of the house (living room, kitchen, etc.). Parking spots are available but will be an extra $75 per month and require a deposit.

This house would be shared with myself and my young (5 y/o) daughter. I am a social service worker, and work Sunday-Friday, and spend my evenings at home with my daughter. There are quite a few animals in the home, so it would be a good fit if you’re an animal lover. We have a sphynx cat (who loves to cuddle), a hamster, and a dog (who stays here on and off) I would open to allowing a tenant with a pet if it’s a good match. Due to having a young child, the house is typically full of laughter and a little loud at times, we’re hoping to find someone who is understanding of this and doesn’t mind her singing during bath time or running around like a lunatic from time to time. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time outside, but also enjoy quiet nights in. We very rarely have any sort of company over.
