No Smoking / vaping , no drugs , no alcohol and not a party house !! Bus transit in front of the house and is walking distance to Tillicum mall , shops, banks . rec centre , parks [ 15min bus to downtown, and close to interurban campus ,but a 30-45 min commute to uvic .
