About the room
Large private bedroom (furnished) and bath/shower on the lower level of two story home. A lower level open concept living/dining/kitchen area is also available for you use (partial furnished at this point). Note: Laundry room on the lower level is shared.
No smoking in or on premises. Pets are not permitted.
Situated up the hill from Departure Bay Beach, on Bay St. You would be a 15 min walk to Country Club Centre and the express bus # 40 to VIU.
Parking (for one vehicle) on site is available.
Note: Priced for a single occupant.

Retired couple (owners) live on the upper level. Friendly and welcoming. Busy household usually quiet between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am. Non smokers inside and out …… best you be too 👍
