Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, furnished unit in the heart of Centretown starting Sept. 1 (1 year lease). Note, the future tenant will take the larger room. The second bedroom is roughly 10’x10’ with a small closet. It can fit a double bed and some smaller pieces of furniture.

Aside from the bedroom, the unit is furnished and comes with a TV (with Apple TV), dishes, small appliances, cookware, furniture, etc. Hardwood and tile throughout, high ceilings, central air and heating, in unit laundry.

I am the landlord posting for my current tenant. He is a quiet, mature, 4th year student at Ottawa U, looking for someone who is clean and respectful. Prefer students but open to younger professionals as well.
