Manon's room

This apartment includes the top two floors of a house with access to a backyard, a front and back porch, a BBQ, and is situated a two-minute walk from College St in a beautiful and calm neighbourhood! There are great-sized rooms, a shared bathroom, a nice living room (with a futon for guests), and access to laundry in the basement of the house. This place was previously rented by friends of mine who are moving back to France, so there is also the possibility of buying back some of their furniture at a very reduced price! If you have any questions or would like access to videos/photos of the place, I would be glad to send them over! :)

My friend Joe and I met at acting school in 2019. We are both actors and in my case, a recent graduate while Joe will be completing the Acting program at TMU in the next two years. We are both very caring individuals and respectful of each other’s time and space. We are looking for someone open to the creative (and sometimes a little crazy!) aspects of our actor lives, who keeps a clean space, is a great communicator, and in general, someone we can count on!
