About the room
The Annex is a very calm and safe area, with parks, stores, restaurants, and TTC nearby. This region is an escape from the noise and condos of downtown Toronto, and feels more like a neighbourhood.
The room is quite large and has two windows so it does not feel stuffy. The bedroom size can accomodate a desk, dressers, and a queen sized bed. It is unfurnished, but the rest of the unit is. There is also a baseboard heater for the winter.
About the roomies
It will be just myself living there once my current roomate moves out at the end of August.
Myself, I am a student at the University of Toronto, going into my 4th year of architecture.
I am very clean, organized, and friendly. Overall, I am an easy going person. I love cats, music, hockey, video games, fashion, and cooking. Additionally, I have a girlfriend who stays with me once a week.
The landlord of the property lives in the main house, but he is young, and very nice. No complaints there.
