Two rooms available in a spacious, fully furnished 4 bedroom apartment in the Plateau at the intersection of De Lorimier and Mont-Royal. Very big kitchen and bathroom spaces with plenty of storage. Washer, dryer and dishwasher included in-unit. A big storage room is also available behind the bathroom. Both bedrooms come pre-furnished. Within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes and parks (including Parc Lafontaine). St-Denis and St-Laurent street are easily accessible by walk or bus. Direct buses available to both Green and Orange Line, or a fifteen minute walk from Mont-Royal station.

Rent is 600$/month for each room, plus amenities and wifi (around an additional 50$/month). Female applicants preferred and must be comfortable with trans people since one of us is a trans woman. Looking for people who are ready to move in July 1st for a one year sublease. No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

Here’s a bit about your future roommates:

Roommate A is 21yo 3D animation student who spends most of her time at school or in her room studying. Although a bit more introverted, she enjoys conversing about anything, especially books and food.

Roommate B is a 22yo physics student at McGill, and also more on the introverted side. She is an avid music lover and also enjoys reading pretty much anything.

Both roommates are completely bilingual, so both French and English are welcome!
