Kitchen is shared & fully equipped. We provide you with your own fridge. The room is furnished, Queen bed, dresser, bookcase, night table, lamps, large double closet, however it could be unfurnished if you choose. 3 bus routes in this area, closest C-train is Anderson.

We are sad to lose our present roomie, we’ve enjoyed our time together but he wants to move to his own apartment . This is good news for you! We can meet you May 8 or 9, for move in starting weekend of May 10. We do not have a scheduled life so, if you do, we can work around it ( cooking, laundry etc)
Utilities are between $450-$650/month: your share is included in the rent. We don’t eat out a lot, we golf, ride bikes, ski & travel summer & winter. If you have sports equipment we will have storage for golf bag, bike & skis (no canoes or motorcycles or extra tires;) We do not have pets & ask that you have no pets or overnight visitors.
