About the roomies
We are sad to lose our present roomie, we’ve enjoyed our time together but he wants to move to his own apartment . This is good news for you!
We do not have a scheduled life so, if you do, we can work around it ( cooking, laundry etc)
Utilities are between $450-$650/month: your share is included in the rent.
We don’t eat out a lot, we golf, ride bikes, ski & travel summer & winter. If you have sports equipment we will have storage for golf bag, bike & skis (no canoes or motorcycles or extra tires;)
