Hello, I have a room available as soon as possible in a shared 4 bedroom house. It’s located on the west side, a few minutes walk from multiple bus stops that can lead you to grocery stores or the university campus.

The room is an upstairs rental, that has a shared bathroom with 1 roommate. The room is furnished with a twin mattress, a clothing rack, desk, and dresser which you can own for an added fee of $250. The kitchen and upstairs living area is shared between all 4 roommates which includes the appliances, dishes, and utensils. The house includes a washer and dryer in the basement.

There is parking available, with gravel parking behind the house and street parking out front. As none of the roommates drive there will be ample space.

There is a backyard as well that is maintained by the landlord for a small fee each month.

Rent and DD comes to $418.75 each with utilities not included. Internet comes to $22.50 while water, gas, and electricity would come to approximately $90 a month at most over the summer months.

Looking to just sign a lease until the end of this August, and if things work out we could extend for a preferred time frame.

The house has 3 girls living here as well as 1 dog. The 2 girls are attending the university while 1 is a full time worker. Over the summer the house is mostly quiet as everyone is working and comes back to rest in their respective areas. There is a set cleaning schedule to make things easier on everyone, and we are all willing to help out if necessary. The dog is cared for by the roommate that owns them, but is very affectionate and loves attention from anyone.
