It is a four bedroom basement suite, with three other roommates, two bathrooms, and the price is hard to beat out here, right beside multiple bus routes and a grocery store. Parking available. No pets, no smoking on the property, no parties or drugs. Rent is $800 a month and we split wifi and 50% of utilities four ways. It is a one year lease, I have lived here for a couple of months now, the other two roommates seem very nice and will be moving in soon.
