Looking for a roommate to move in the 3rd private bedroom of our clean and cozy 5 1/2 apartment located in the heart of NDG/ Westmount, Montreal.

We’ll be sharing the common areas: kitchen, hall/corridor, living room and the bathroom. The apartment is renovated and very well located, near Downtown, Concordia University - City Center area, in between 2 big parks, Westmount Park and Park Notre-Dame-de-Grace. The area is really safe, clean and beautiful. Plenty of (good) restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is available starting March 1st 2024 . There is also plenty of parking in the streets around, you’ll have no issues with that if you have a car. The metro and train station Vendome is at 5-min walking from the apartment.

On recherche un.e troisième colocataire pour notre 5 1/2 propre et bien rénové, situé dans le coeur de Westmount / NDG. Situé au 3eme étage d’un petit immeuble. La chambre est meublée et comprend: -un lit double avec matelas -un placard -un bureau -Balcon privé avec une petite table et 2 chaises

Chauffage, eau et internet inclus dans le loyer.

Le reste de l’appartement est composé d’une salle de bain, une cuisine et un chouette salon très agréable pour chiller. L’appart est très bien situé, entre 2 beaux parcs (Westmount et Girouard), très bien desservi par les transports (Metro Vendome et nombreuses lignes de bus). Beaucoup de (bons) restaurants et plein de possibilités de magasinage aussi à proximité ! Si tu as une voiture à garer, il est assez facile de trouver une place gratuite dans les rues autour.

Nous sommes un jeune couple allemand-française installés à Montréal depuis fin 2022, après avoir traversé le Canada de l’Ile de Vancouver jusqu’à Terreneuve dans notre van ! A Montréal, j’ai commencé un DEP de 15 mois en ébénisterie et mon conjoint est serveur dans une microbrasserie. Nous sommes des colocataires soignés, qui adorons cuisiner, et qui nettoyons la cuisine après la bataille ! Sinon pêle-mêle, on aime jouer au volley, faire du yoga, discuter autour d’une bière ou d’un café/thé, la randonnée dans les grands espaces canadiens… On parle couramment anglais, français et allemand, et on aime bien mélanger les 3 quand on parle!

We are a young french-german couple who moved in the flat in November 2022 after a journey in our van through Canada, from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland! I’m studying Woodworking for the next year and my friend works as server in a microbrewery. We like (list is non exhaustive!) playing volleyball, spending time in the Montreal parks, discuss over a beer or coffee/tea, watching movies, cooking, Yoga, hiking… We speak fluently English, French and German, and we like to mix all the languages together!
