We are renting 1 room in our 3 bedroom apartment. The room is available immediately and you can buy the furniture( mattress, bedframe and bookshelf) from the current tenant if you want, the prices can be negotiated and the room has closet. The rent includes Fridge, Hot water, Oven, Stove, Dishwasher and in-unit Washer + Dryer. Hot water is included. The heating is electric thus per person we can have monthly $20-$40 for electricity. There will be an additional $15 to $30 for the renters’ insurance as mandated by the landlord. We have a sunny balcony. The Apartment is located in a quiet place with the closest grocery store at 6 mins walk. It is near Concordia University Loyal Campus. Please note that we prefer someone identifying as female. I, Neshma (23), and my roommate Joyeuse (20) are respectful, quiet and clean individuals. We respect our personal space and occasionally enjoy hanging out in the common areas for movies, games or cooking together.
