Do you love country living, peace and quiet? Then this room is for you, we are situated on the edge of a beautiful forest and farming fields. Lots of nice areas to hike, but you will have to have your own car as we don’t have a bus route where we are. The room as you can see comes with 2 dressers, a cupboard with 4 shelves, closet and side table. You will have to supply your own linens, and can hang pictures if you would like. The rent is $800.00 a month, you will have to pay your share of water as I have a cistern and water has to be delivered. The $800 is the last month, so you will have to pay first month when you move in. The rest of the utilities can be discussed when the room is viewed. We are quiet people, and would like to find the same in a roommate. It’s a shared kitchen, and there is a small area set up in the basement if you would like to have a bit of extra room. I do have a dog who is my aide dog, her training is ongoing. Sadly I can’t say my house is dog friendly as she doesn’t like other dogs. The house is cannabis friendly, but has to be used outside of the home. The house if smoke free also.

I myself am in my 60’s, I’m quiet and easy to get along with. I am disabled and have a aide dog in training. I had to put my last aide dog to sleep last Oct. My other boarder is quiet and easy going also, he help’s me with things around the home I can’t do myself.
