Private room available in a 2-bedroom apartment, available immediately. Rent is $800/month, including utilities and wifi. The bathroom, kitchen, living space, and balcony are shared. The room can come furnished with everything you see in the photo, except for the blue shelf. You’re also welcome to use our plates, kitchen utensils, shared spices, etc. There are paid laundry machines in the building, and a laundromat nearby where you can drop off your laundry, and they do it for you.

Pets: You must be okay with cats, as we have four of them! We will consider accepting small pets if they get along with cats.

Roommates: The apartment is shared with us – we are a couple who are the leaseholders. One of us works out of the house part-time, and the other is there most of the time. We’re pretty calm people. We enjoy computer games and board games, getting out in nature, watching a couple of shows each day, hanging out, and laughing a lot.

We ask for quiet time after we go to bed around 8-9pm. As for household duties, we mainly expect that you clean up after yourself, and we take care of the household chores like vacuuming, loading the dishwasher, cleaning the floors, etc.

We are open-minded to different lifestyles, lgbtq+, 420 friendly, etc. Guests are welcome, but we’re not into loud parties.

About the area: Located in northwest Surrey. Walking distance to grocery store, Starbucks, bank, dollar store, fast food outlets, laundromat, smoke shops, etc. Short bus ride to Surrey Central Skytrain Station.
