Owen's room

A furnished and air conditioned bedroom of a two-bedroom apartment is available. Located at 96th and 128, close to a no-frills, pharmacy, a medical clinic, a dollar store, and several other amenities. Bus accessible, with multiple buses going to Surrey Central or Newton Exchange. Have a cat, and might be getting a new kitten soon. Pool, parking, internet, hydro, common foods, and incidentals like tp, dish soap, and shampoo included. I do all the cleaning and other household management. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen. All cutlery, dishes, cooking tools ect provided. There is laundry on-site as well as two laundrymats within a block. All furniture in the pictures excluding the two tall dressers, the TV, and lamps are provided (Not the decorations or becoming, however).

People living here: I am the only one. I am a routine-oriented person and like clear expectations upfront. I am flexible, so if you hate dishes but don’t mind dusting, we can work something out. I am not a neat freak, but I strive to keep my space tidy and organized. I don’t expect perfect but will not be OK with negligence or filth. I would happily share cooking and/or shopping duties. I am on disability so I spend a fair bit of time at home, however, I am free most of the day because of it, so if you need someone to go for a run while you can not I might be able to help. I do run games on my computer, so some evenings I will need to use the living space for my communications, but that is not often. I am a gamer geek, with dice, MtG, and Warhammer collections. I don’t mind guests, as people are great, but I am not a fan of parties, mostly because of my cat. 420 and drink-friendly. Spiritual but not judge. Pets living here: There is a cat, Scratch Fury Destroyer of Worlds (a total misnomer, she is the friendliest cat I have ever known). Might get a new kitten.
