I have lived here for 6+ years. Queen Street West is a great location with lots of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. Super happy here and not willing to give up my locked in rent price just yet! The building has a gym and the monthly price includes all bills (internet, insurance, and hydro).

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom is on opposite sides of the living room. Unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central a/c. The communal living space is fully furnished but I’m always open to a little feng shui or changing it up.

My name is Madeline and I am an executive assistant to the CEO of a hedge fund. I work from home but will go into the office 1x a week if that. I love to cook, watch reality tv, listen to music (I own a record player and have a great collection), and chat over a glass of wine after a long day. I’m pretty active and spend a lot of time outside with my dog, Sonny (loving dogs is a prerequisite). Sonny is very chill and doesn’t make noise but will want to snuggle with you on the couch.
