Larissa's room

I have been in the apartment for two years now and while it is fully furnished, the spare room is not. Located in a quieter part of the city, the apartment is surrounded by a walking trail, close to bus stops, and has a balcony with a great view of sunsets. The building also has a pool and underground parking.

I have recently graduated from the University of Winnipeg and I work in theatre and film. I’m an organized person who likes to keep things fairly tidy. Being a bit of a night owl, I appreciate quieter evenings, however; I am not opposed to occasionally hosting friends! Also- I’ve also got plenty of books and plants to share!
