The other bathroom is in my master bedroom. Living room has a very comfortable leather couch, and an “out of this world” stereo as well as a Sony 55“ screen smart 3d tv There is an in-suite washer dryer, free of charge. There is central air conditioning and always keep the condo at a very comfortable temperature. Fast speed wireless internet(hard wired if you need) Cable, and Hydro are all included. There is also a complimentary facility gym in the building. Bike route is right beside the building, you have buses going literally everywhere in Vancouver. Yaletown roundhouse sky train station is 5 minutes walk from our building. Parking available for $150.00 per month(ev optional) I am looking for a nice person who is also a dog lover. I do have two very friendly, quiet and small dogs. You must absolutely be a dog lover You must also be respectful, considerate, trustworthy, stable, and sociable. This is not a “party house”, although we can certainly host friends and enjoy this amazing place and balcony. We keep quiet after ‪11pm so if you are a night owl, this is not for you.
