Large bedroom with ensuite (shower) on upper floor of newer duplex. Fully furnished with queen size bed, dresser, 40“ TV and walk-in closet. Can provide a desk, small fridge also. If needed. Room is bright and cozy. Free street parking in front. Shared access to kitchen, laundry. Shared family room outside your bedroom, but there are two living rooms so I would be ok with dedicating the upstairs living room to you! Has 65“ Smart TV and comfortable furnishings. Access to gas BBQ and small fenced back yard. Located close to all amenities, and commute into Calgary is about 30 minutes, 10 minutes to airport.

Adult professional female, with my two children, one young adult and one under 18. I own my home. Adult son occupies the basement and works full time. He cooks a lot, so you’ll find him in the kitchen outside of work hours. My under 18 plays piano and sings. I work full time on a hybrid schedule so I both work from home and in office. Also have a small non-allergenic dog who is very friendly. He loves people and has a lot of personality! I redesign furniture, so you’ll find me working on that outside of business hours. Enjoy a quieter, comfortable home. Big fan of R&B music, Latin and soca which I play when im working on my furniture. :) Open to a roommate who is quiet, but feels comfortable to chat over coffee sometimes and hopefully shares my same love of music!
