Looking for 2 roommates to share my new condo on St. Vital, conveniently located for U of M and Transit routes. The Rent includes all your utilities (hydro, water, Wi-Fi etc.) and there is a potential to get a paid parking space in the complex although there is currently a waitlist (street parking available in the area). In-suite laundry, spacious kitchen and living space, lots of storage and backyard/patio area. Common areas furnished but your room is not. Complex is quiet with lots of greenspace!

I’m a 21-year-old woman who works full time for the Government of Manitoba and will be studying part time at the University of Winnipeg in the fall. I love to cook, bake, craft, garden and read.
