The property is a new build, only 6 months old in East Van. The room can either come furnished or unfurnished and the house is already kitted out with everything you need. TV, internet, washer/dryer and all kitchen utensils. There is a downstairs shared bathroom and the upstairs bath/shower is shared with 2 others. The rent is $1150 or $1300 with bills included.

It is a quiet house for the most part. We are all English lads in our early 30’s, we like to keep the house clean and tidy. It’s a quiet suburb and definitely not a party house. We usually all hang out in the evenings and cook meals together.
