St. Peters Road

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate starting ASAP. We’re both students at UPEI and would be ideal to have roommates that are also students. Rent is $925 for the room (is ideal for a couple, but can also rent to an individual) Wifi and electric heating aren’t included (but will be evenly split by the number of roommates). The room is private, but everything else is shared (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) Must also be alright living with cats (we just adopted two, they’re very friendly). It comes unfurnished but has all the large kitchen appliances (stainless steel) and a washer and dryer. There’s a backyard and a small deck. There’s a bus stop for bus 2 and 3 right across from the house. There’s no smoking allowed in the house or on the property

My name is Alayna. I’m from PEI and I’m heading into my second year of Kinesiology at UPEI. My boyfriends name is Dan. He is from Nigeria and he’s heading into his third year of computer science at UPEI. We are both very friendly, love being outdoors, and working out :)
