I am a quiet, respectful, professional working in finance. I am looking for 1 roommate for the extra bedroom (month to month lease). Bedroom is a good size with a walk in closet (pictures show a queen size bed, last roommate had a double with lots of extra space). Close to public transit, gas stations and grocery stores. Kitchen/living/dining and bathroom shared as common spaces. Shared laundry on site. Internet, Electricity (Heat, A/C), and Water included, 1 parking space available. No smoking inside but there are 2 decks available to access outside where smoking can be permitted.

My cat stays inside and she is spayed and up to date on her shots. She is quiet and friendly to people but not to other pets (Diva personality, I have tried with other cats and that will not work). House is kept tidy and clean and would like a roommate that appreciates and contributes to that type of atmosphere. I am easy to get along with and would like there to be a mutual respect, communication and even good friendship.

Partners can stay the night here and there but are NOT to be live in.

When I am not working I am visiting family and friends. I enjoy some seasonal sports, hiking, kayaking, reading, painting, watching tv or gaming.
