PLEASE NOTE WE ARE LOOKING TO LEASE TO A FEMALE ONLY :)

The location is just a 7 minute walk from Sheridan. The lease will be starting on July 18th, we will have to pay just 800 dollars for that month (split 3 ways). The lease is until September 2023, however it is extendable to whichever date suits you best.

We are currently looking for one more FEMALE roommate. Here are the details:

Rent: There are two bedrooms and the living room that is sectioned off into a room via curtains. I myself am occupying one of the rooms and another roommate is occupying the other. We are looking for another girl to occupy the sectioned off room. The monthly price for this room is around 723$ dollars a month.

Please note the entire unit is unfurnished, however there is a refrigerator, and stove provided. As well as common laundry and gym.

Utilities: On top of the rent, we’d be looking at around $20 per person per month for utilities. Deposit: There is a 723$ dollar refundable deposit, which will be given back at the end of your lease.

Wifi: 17$ dollars per person.

A little bit about me: I (20F) am going into my second year of Interaction Design at Sheridan. I am introverted, primarily focused on my studies. I enjoy watching films, reading or watching anime in my free time.

A little about the other roommate: I’m 18 years old, going into first year of industrial design. From Toronto, I like to draw on my free time and play video games and workout, biking and gym . Preferably to find someone who likes cat as I might bring my cat over.

What we are looking for in a roommate: Someone who is a FEMALE student at Sheridan and is similar to us, non-smoker, keeps things clean and tidy as well as someone who to be friends with.
