Located in Mount Pleasant between Cambie and Main. Five minute walk to Broadway-City Hall Station and every shop and store you could need. Ten minutes to downtown on the train or driving. Five minutes to VGH.

Everything is furnished. I could make the bedroom unfurnished if you have some bedroom furniture. The bedroom is on the smaller side! But the apartment itself if quite large to spread out a little.

Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (both bathrooms are shared but the 1/2 bath is upstairs and would be considered yours), shared kitchen and living space. In Suite Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher. The bedrooms are located downstairs in a partial basement and the living space is upstairs with lots of natural light.

Hydro is not included in the rent and can get a bit expensive (electric heat boards). In the winter (Nov-Feb) its around 100$ each per month.

I’m 33yo, Gay (male) and Sober, living in this place for 10 years. I have had 3 awesome roommates before in this apartment, all female. I’m looking for someone fun and easy going who doesn’t take things too serious Also who keeps things tidy often and is relatively clean.

My work schedule is usually 2-10pm but can sometimes go later.

I really like to socialize with my roommates when at home but I am also very good at boundaries and respecting privacy. I can read the room well lol. I’m always down to watch movies together, go to the grocery store or eat food together, to name a few activities! I rarely have people over myself but i don’t mind my roommates having friends over now and again just no parties.

I have a dog. He’s 7, A beagle/spaniel mix and a good boy. He loves to play and cuddle and get attention so I’m looking for someone who likes dogs to move in. He stays home alone when I’m working or out so you’ll likely be alone with him sometimes.

I’m tenant here, my landlord will want a little meet and greet and some references however this will be a roommate agreement, only, between us to start.
