Hello everyone! I’ve got a room opening up in my lower-level apartment starting May 1st. It’s right off College & Ossington, so the location is pretty great. The room is semi-furnished. The kitchen’s got everything you’d need: fridge, microwave, induction stovetops, air fryer, and a dishwasher. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathroom and dining area is shared. The owners lives upstairs, adding to a sense of security. They are two sisters: one is an architect and the other is a banker. They have been very respectful of our space and almost never poke their noses into things unless it’s something related to the unit, which is probably 5% of the time at the most. Street parking is available if you have a vehicle. If you’re a smoker, there’s a sit-out area just outside. And if you have a pet, they’re most welcome here! We’re a 7-minute walk away from the Ossington Subway Station. The Ossington-College intersection also has the 505/506 streetcar and the 63 bus line as well. Nearby, you’ll also find a No Frills, Metro, and Loblaws, all about a 10-minute walk. College St. is just steps away with many restaurants, bars, and shops - a prime location! Bloor St. is also very close by, just a 15 minute walk.

A bit about me: I’m 28, working in Retail, and I follow a consistent routine - up at 6 AM, in bed by 10:30 PM. I’m quiet and respectful and value a clean living space. I work from home during the week but stick to my room so we won’t be in each other’s way. I’m looking for a housemate who respects shared spaces and values cleanliness.
