It’s a 2 bedroom apt about 10 mins walk from downtown and 5 min from a shopping area with save on, restaurants and more . The room available is unfurnished but the rest of the shared apt is fully furnished, it’s kept clean and vacuumed often due to very hairy dog (she’s a cuddler ). The building has laundry room and gym, there is street parking and possibly parking space available if one becomes available. It’s a smoke free building but smoking spots around the building. The $800 rent covers half the rent as well as hydro and internet with access to a few streaming services

I’m a 39 m , I work as a chef at a local restaurant also a big nerd so lots of tasteful geeky art and watching of lots of comedy and sci fi shows, as well as gaming in my spare time. I do have a pet dog she is a French bulldog loves ppl and enjoys snuggling with everyone which does mean you will get hair on you but lint rollers are provided. I’m pretty laid back and quiet not throwing parties.
