Looking for someone to move in sept 1 or mid august It’s a 2 bedroom apt about 10 mins walk from downtown and 5 min from a shopping area with save on, restaurants and more . The building has laundry room and gym, there is street parking and possibly parking space available if one becomes available ( but it’s a long wait list) It’s a smoke free building but smoking spots around the building. The $800 rent covers half the rent as well as hydro and internet with access to a few streaming services

I’m a 42m , I work as a chef at a local restaurant also a big nerd so lots of tasteful geeky art and watching of lots of comedy and sci fi shows, as well as gaming in my spare time. I’m pretty laid back , quiet and not throwing parties.
