We have a stand alone home with a spacious backyard. The rent includes hydro, heat, and internet. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that can be accessed by all roommates. The house is walking distance from Victoria hospital and Parkwood hospitals. We live close to many amenities including, grocery stores, movie theatres, gyms and restaurants (all walking distance). Also close to downtown (about a ten minute drive). The house has two full bathrooms (one is currently being renovated). The bedroom has a closet and space for a bed, desk, and dresser. The house has two floors and some plants on every floor. The bedroom can come furnished with a bed and two side tables or it can be unfurnished depending on preference. If you’re an animal lover this home will be right for you, as we have two cats and a non shedding dog (all are VERY friendly and social).

Both roommates (two) have full time jobs so are out of the house for most weekdays. Roommates are friendly, outgoing, but can also give space when needed/wanted. The house is usually pretty quiet but friends sometimes come over on weekends or roommates go to them.
