The room is furnished with a double bed, small dresser and TV. Tenant provides bedding and towels. Apartment sized fridge in bedroom for your food. Cabinet in the kitchen for your dry goods. *Semi-private bathroom. Shared with Guests when visiting. *Shared Kitchen. *Utilities and WIFI included. *Use of washer/dryer. *Street parking. *Steps to the Rail Trail and Parkinson Rec Center. Must be quiet, clean, and respectful of the house. SINGLE occupant only. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, NO VAPING, NO DRUGS, NO PETS. We have 1 elderly non-shedding dog and cannot accommodate any additional pets. Please Provide references.

Myself and my partner live here. I work full time and partner is in residence most days. We are non smokers, social drinkers, quiet couple. Very early risers during weekdays due to work schedule so evenings / nights need to be quiet after 8:30 pm.
