Looking for a student or young professional to join our cozy home starting February 1st!
One private, unfurnished bedroom available in a 3-bedroom home. Two shared bathrooms. Fully stocked shared kitchen. Furnished living room with cable TV & multiple streaming services. Fenced backyard space. Close to multiple bus stops, restaurants, and The Boardwalk shopping centre.
$750/month plus $150 for utilities & services (Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, lawn care, snow removal, and bi-weekly cleaning of common spaces)
Available February 1st. Flexible duration, with a minimum 4-month commitment. Can accommodate an early move in the week before as needed. First and last month’s rent are due upon signing.

About the roomies
I train service dogs for work, so you must be comfortable living with puppies of various ages (some barking and dog hair come with the territory 🐾). I like to get out golfing and hiking but also enjoy a good movie night in. I have a hybrid work schedule so I am home some days and gone others.
My other roommate is a female student, early 20s. She is clean and quiet with a hybrid schedule as well.
