This room is spacious and bright, with high ceiling, 2 big windows with views to the trees in the back yard and sunset. The bathroom on main floor is shared with one young female professional. Smoke free house. Pet free house.
The monthly rent for this room start is $1000CAD (single occupancy). NO SLEEP OVERS. Parking available at an extra monthly charge.
This is a furnished room with queen size bed, desk and chair, clothes rack and tall dresser. There is a built in bookcase on each side of the bed.
A charming home with its wood trim and stained glass windows and it’s filled with good energy. :)
Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro and Bell fiber wifi. Access to laundry room.
Also, we are a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber river that leads to Lake Ontario. It’s not a party house… it’s got a very tranquil feeling… mature housemates who are responsible and care about the environment where they live.
Busy Bloor West Village and the Junction are a 5 minute bus ride.

There are 6 bedroom in the house, in total. It is a spacious character home and we are clean mature working professionals who enjoy a quiet, organized space. The house has a warm and tranquil feel to it as it has a lot of charm and it is surroended by nature. I am the house owner, and have been renting to International professionals for than 17 years.
