A 2nd floor room will be available in our 2 floor, 3 bedroom apartment from August 1st 2023. All utilities, plus internet, are included.

The room is the largest in the house, has a full size wardrobe, and an unobstructed view down the street towards a park. It’s also private, as the other bedroom on the floor is on the other side of a long hallway.

We have one full bathroom, an open concept kitchen and living room downstairs along with one of the bedrooms. Also we have an in-unit washer and dryer (included). Upstairs there is a half bathroom (sink and toilet) and the other bedroom.

The household is non-smoking, and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

The Area:

We live on a quiet side street right off Ossington Ave - one minute walk to Ossington and Queen, and five minutes walk to Queen and Dundas. Queen West is filled with cool coffee houses, bars, restaurants and boutiques. It’s lively, but very safe, and our unit is only a five minute walk to the lovely Trinity Bellwoods park. There is a large Freshco (grocery store) and Metro ten minutes away that has a good selection of food.

There are two male roommates in the house. One works in Advertising/Marketing and the other is in Film Production. We would prefer a female roommate (we have references from past roommates) but we’re open to guys as well.

We’re both considerate, chill, responsible and respectful. We communicate openly, share the space, clean up after ourselves and help each other out (no dishes for days).
