The unit itself:

• one-year rental starting on August 1st, 2023 to July 31st, 2024 (if you wanna move in now, that’s okay too!)
• rent at $1600 including heat, gas, water & wifi (electricity will be split between us two monthly )
• looking for a roommate of the same sex (female)
• unfurnished room
• shared bathroom
• the whole unit is hardwood flooring except for the bathroom
• assigned underground parking space (if required, rent will be at $1700)
• extra storage unit in the basement
• built-in appliances include a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer
• I have some basic appliances that we can share (vacuum cleaner, rice cooker, air fryer, blender)
• please be noted that I own a cat (the condo allows max. 2 cats per unit)

Transportation:

• Arrive at the UTM campus in 10 minutes by car
• Multiple bus routes to the UTM campus, 20-40 minutes transportation time depending on route (110, 101, 28, 1, 44)
• 10-minute walk to a major GoBus station (19 -> to North York, 21 -> to Union, 40 -> to Pearson airport & Richmond Hill, etc.)

Entertainment:

• Conveniently located in the center of Mississauga, just a 10-minute walk to Square One (Walmart, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Indigo, Rec Room, food court etc.)
• A lot of restaurants to choose from within 2-4 blocks (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Bar & Grill, Italian, fast food, Starbucks, Tim Hortons)
• close to Cineplex ~ 7 mins walk
• LCBO nearby ~ 10-15 mins walk

• Rabba’s (right below the condo) ~ 2 mins
• Walmart ~ 10 mins
• Whole Foods ~ 13 mins

Environment:

• located in a residential area, surrounded by neighboring condos (safe area even at night)
• tight security system within the condo (security guards 24/7, requires FOB to access the lift/ mail room/ underground parking)
• Sheridan College is a block away (nice view!)

Hihi :) I’m a fresh graduate from the University of Toronto and I’m hoping to stay in Mississauga because I love the area! My hobbies include watching movies, discovering new music, cafe-hopping, rock climbing, and exploring new spots for food. It’s a two-bedroom condo so there’ll be no other roomies.
