Big room available in three store house downtown Toronto. Family neighborhood. Near College and Bathurst, close to public transportation (TCC and bus), supermarket, Kensington Market, shops and etc. Two bathrooms, Kitchen, living room and laundry. Monthly rent of the room is $815 + Internet. No parties, children or animals allowed. No couples. Must be able to respect space and silence in the house at all times. There are 5 living there. We are looking for someone responsible for at least a year contract. Two months deposit requirement. Visitations available in the evening during the weekdays and weekends.
