Emily's room

This house is in the Hydrostone area of Halifax. You’ll have two smaller rooms in a three bedroom house (great for an artist or someone who works from home). On the main floor, you will share a large bright living room, dining room, and kitchen and there’s laundry and storage space in the basement. The bathroom, my bedroom and the two smaller bedrooms are on the second floor. There’s a backyard with garden boxes and berries and rhubarb grow around the house throughout the summer. The roof is solar panelled so electricity bills are low. There are also two heat pumps. You’d need to pay power, water and internet. Please note that accessing this house requires climbing a set of stairs, making it less accessible.
