FURNISHED 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath Townhouse. 2 separate rooms for rent Cawthra and Lakeshore Townhouse. I think it’s tastefully furnished but when I had the zebra runner put up the stairs, my son (adult) asked me why it looks like a Las Vegas bunny ranch. I have no words. Home gym in the basement. (It started with great intentions but now it’s a fancy place to air-dry laundry) Loads of storage Full house is just under 2000 sq ft Backyard with patio furniture All utilities including Wi-Fi and Netflix Landlord has 3rd bedroom but isn’t home very much. I am a 50 sumptin’ year old woman. I work full time, travel and often sleep downtown (and no, not at a bunny ranch). Close to The CADH (Canadian Academy of Dental Hygiene) Also a short bus ride to Humber College Lakeshore Campus. 15 minute to downtown Port Credit. 2 Minutes to QEW Already a female here and she has asked that I keep it to another female (sorry gents) And don’t start with me on pronouns. I’m too old for that stupidity. Students with wealthy parents are always welcome. Particularly if they have a handsome single father.

I am renting out 2 separate rooms. One for $1600 (master bedroom with ensuite) and the second one is $1300 and share the bathroom occasionally as I am rarely home. I am a 50 something female. I own the house although I travel a lot and am rarely home. I am keeping the 3rd bedroom for myself and would share the bathroom with the $1300 room.
