Large room in 2bd 1 bath apartment. Convenient location: 5 mins walk from Sherbourne Station, ~12 min walk to Wellesley station with two bus stops close by. Fresco, No Frills, Tim’s, and Wine Rack very close by.

Cannabis friendly but no cigarettes inside. There is a beautiful balcony for that. Pet friendly but you are solely responsible for your pet.

The room fits a queen bed and desk. Room would come unfurnished, but there’s an opportunity to buy the furniture (high quality mattress, bed frame, desk and desk chair) for $1000 (value of $1600+). For context, I bought everything in January, but I’m moving back to Vancouver for a year, so it would all sit in storage anyway.

The roommate is a quiet brown non-binary person. Candidates must be queer friendly (and if you’re queer, it’s by the village which is a cool perk). Current roommate will have friends over from time to time and you are free to do so as well.
