The homeowner is seeking one (1) trustworthy and mature part-time recurrent tenant (eg. 2 nights per week) who highly values cleanliness.

The room for rent (per night) includes a new double bed, oversized backlit closet, a large glass office desk, an ergonomic chair, blackout window blinds, as well as access to a brand new bathroom with a rainfall shower and a bathtub.

The main floor features a half bathroom, a bright kitchen with all major appliances including an induction stovetop and dishwasher. 
The living room boasts brand new modern furniture and a breathtaking gas fireplace.
In the warmer months, soak up the sun in the private patio deck, complete with a dining set, barbecue, and colorful flowers.

In the finished basement, you will find a half bathroom, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
