I am renting my room in an renovated 4 1/2 apartment, available from August 20th (renting for minimum 2 weeks, max. flexible)
Great location in Côte-des-Neiges, 1 minute walk to the 166-165 bus lines that gets to Concordia University (15 minutes) and Colleges around Downtown, as well as 11 bus lines in front of the building, 14 minute walk to Côte-des-Neiges Metro Station. The apartment is in walking distance to Mount Royal Park, Saint Joseph’s Oratory, and multiple stores such as METRO, PJC Jean Coutu, Pharmaprix, Dollarama, and many restaurants.
The room is furnished as shown in pictures, with private access to the balcony and a big nice window.
Hydro, Wi-fi and Energir are not included, divided among the roommates.
Rent: $365 x 2 weeks, duration of stay flexible.
