I have a 1 bedroom ensuite for rent it is furnished. This is very secure and quiet neighborhood, beautiful forest behind my backyard. Perfect room for someone is professional or studies in the area. Currently 2 girls living, you will need to share kitchen and common area. No smoking house, no friends or guests to be invited as there are other two roommates no party.

I am a working professional, very clean, I have a small dog at home, friendly and likes my personal space. My other housemate also have a ensuite and works from home time to time, mostly stays with her boyfriend. We are both tidy and clean and enjoy living together is looking for a third person. Lots of room in the house, we are quiet and does not party.
