Close to TTC right outside the front door. Subway is just down the street. Quiet area usually just your typical children outside every once in awhile

My husband and myself are looking to rent out our spare bedroom, shared bathroom/kitchen/dining room. Washer and dryer located in the kitchen. We are working professionals, quiet, clean, friendly. We have 2 cats. The room comes furnished ( the bed is in the couch) wifi, television cable all included. Balcony as well to share anytime. We are private as well and respect the space of others. Female preferred.
