Hi, I am renting one room in a two-bedroom townhouse for one year starting from September 15, 2023. The room is unfurnished, all utilities are included, and the laundry is in-unit. The townhouse has two bedrooms and one is occupied by me. One bathroom and kitchen will be shared. The place has a basement for storage and can be used for workouts as well. A bus stop is across the street, all amenities are found nearby and most importantly Western University and affiliated colleges like Brescia, Huron, and King’s University Colleges are 10-15 walk away. If you are a student or young professional looking for a quiet and clean place this might be one you should check out first.

My name is Sam and I am 3rd year Psychology student(male) at Western University. I am originally from Ethiopia and have lived in Canada long enough to call myself proudly Canadian. The place is shared with me and I like to keep the place clean and quiet (Not like depressingly quiet). A good night’s sleep is very important to me. Oddly enough, I don’t drink, smoke, or party, you may ask ‘What do you do for fun?’, I play football(some call it soccer), go to the gym, play video games with my buddies occasionally, watch sports, play instruments like Piano, Synthesizer and MIDI keyboard. I also enjoy watching movies, dining out, cooking, and reading books, if you’re interested in Psychology, Neuroscience, Theology, Philosophy, History, Politics, and self-improvement, I can lend you my books.
