I’m looking for someone to join me in a 2 bedroom apartment near quadra village. The suite is currently being renovated so pictures are to follow. The rent is 900 +utilities. The suite is pet friendly- I already have 2 caged guinea pigs so only 1 more pet please. The building allows smoking on the balcony of the suite. It’s close to bus routes 4,6, and 9, taking about 25 min to bus to UVIC campus including walking time to the bus. The place is unfurnished, we will have to furnish the living room together. Looking for a long-term roommate, the lease term is 1-year and then goes month to month. There’s laundry in the building. I’m not sure about the move in date exactly yet, I need a roommate to apply with me for this suite (I currently live in this building but am moving suites)
