Avenue Lincoln

I need a roommate to share my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with! It is an updated unit in a building right on rue guy (sooo close to all Concordia downtown campus buildings and the metro). The apartment is pet friendly and also has lots of natural light and a balcony in each room. There are great amenities in the building (pool, tennis court, gyms) and also a washer and drier in the room. All utilities are included in the rent and the photos I have put are not how it will be furnished thats just how the previous tenants left it. we can discuss furnishing and also the start date of lease is flexible.

I’m a relaxed roommate and I loveee cleaning but my cooking is not the best. I am a second year at Concordia majoring in art history. Let me know if you’re interested in learning more!
