The house is located in St. Catharines, ON, L2R 1P8. It lists as Shipman, ON, L2S 3P5 for some reason.

There is 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink) that is shared. My current roommate is moving out so I am looking for a new one.

You would have access to the entire mainfloor and unfinished basement (mostly used for storage space, however you could use it for whatever, there is a workbench and a lot of space). Washer and dryer are in the basement, all utilities including internet are included in the rent price so no additional bills. Living room is fully furnished.

The house is located in a great area, walking distance to grocery stores, food establishments, parks and downtown St. Catharines. QEW Niagara/Toronto access via Ontario or Lake St.

The house has central heating, and the landlords are working on getting central air set-up (I’m just using a window air-conditioner for this summer). Landlords are very attentive and fair, if there is any issues then they will fix it.

My name is Jakob, I’m 25 years old and I work full-time. I’m the only other person who would be living in the place, there is an upstairs neighbour but I hardly notice she is there, very quiet. She has a separate entrance so there is no shared spaces between us. I have a dog, she is a Husky/German shepherd so quite large, but she is super friendly and house trained. My former roommate had a cat, and there was no issues - she also gets along well with other dogs, and loves all humans too (just give her some food).

I really believe in dividing any house work evenly (such as taking out the garbage, doing dishes, lawncare and snow removal, and just generally keeping the house clean).

There is shared parking, and lots of street parking available year round.
