My perfect roommate is an all around agreeable, clean, friendly person who treats my cat respectfully, pays their bills, is very quiet/sleeps between 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM for a Mon - Fri job, cleans up properly after themself, non-smoker, and drug-free.
