The apartment is right beside Quadra Village that includes a Fairway Market, Pharmacy, Fantastico coffee, thrift store, variety of restaurants, and liquor/cannabis store. There is a direct bus to Uvic Campus a 3 minute walk away, and additional busing straight downtown or to esquimalt.

The room itself has a floor-to-ceiling rectangle window that lets in the morning sun, with blinds, and for storage there is a double sliding door closet. The 950 sqft apartment has an in-suite washer and dryer, and aesthetically has concrete floors and white walls throughout brightening the smaller open-concept living room and newer kitchen. The building is non-smoking but can outside or by the park right beside the building.

There is opportunity for a paid parking spot in the building parking garage, or there is street parking

We are two female roommates both in 4th year psychology at Uvic, looking for a third roomie. We both work throughout the year so we can be busy with balancing work and school, but still enjoy socializing and having girls nights when free! Painting, reading, watching movies, and going-out are our current favourites. We are both tidy and enjoy keeping the apartment in a clean state so everyone can thrive, so we are in search of a roomie who is willing to take on the shared responsibility of keeping the common spaces clean.
