My home is situated in South Delta (just outside the village of Ladner). We are located on 20 acres and it is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, so a vehicle would be an asset. The area is quiet and we get the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I have a fully furnished room with a private bathroom available. We will share the kitchen, living room, patio etc.

This is a duplex, there are two single men living independently on the property. They are friendly, but we all respect each others privacy. I am a widow and I am finding with the high cost of living it is challenging to cover the expenses of such a large home. I would like to keep one room for a guest room, as I have grown grandchildren that live in the Interior and they do like to come and visit a few times a year. I enjoy my home, and I keep myself busy with a little gardening, walking, many projects and lots of ongoing learning. I believe that my home is warm and welcoming, and I will do my best to be flexible, and make a room mate feel comfortable and at home.
