The room itself is still pending acquisition - possession date is set for September 8th.

You will have your own private room, as well as your own shower/bathroom. Just be aware bathroom is in the common area. Unit is on the second floor and had many ammenities close by. Downtown is a 15 minute train ride and the station is a 5 min walk away. There is a save-on-foods attached to the building so you don’t even need to go outside to get groceries (Great for the winter). You will have to pay for parking as an add on user, but this can be set up with the building. As of last year, the cost to park was 150$. Parking is heated and indoor. You are also close by MacLeod trail and centrally located - Nothing is ever super far away within the city!

I am a 25 year old teacher who is super busy during the week. My girlfriend will be around to visit fairly often (1-2 times per week at least), but she is also incredibly busy. I will also be going to her place fairly frequently as well. I don’t smoke and have no pets. Occasionally, I like to have friends over for dinner/socializing but that’s about it. Quiet, clean and respectful and I am looking for someone who is the same.
