A beautiful home located on a quiet street in an incredibly diverse neighbourhood; walking distance to parks, waterways, restaurants, shops, bakeries; a short drive or bus ride to Airport, Shopping Malls, University of Winnipeg, Canada Life Centre, Winnipeg Convention Centre, Art Galleries, Museums and the Forks Market. Private bedroom and den on second floor with large shared bathroom. Main floor has open concept living space with a large custom kitchen and access to a backyard urban oasis.

I recently retired from Manitoba Hydro and now enjoy the freedom to travel and explore new destinations.
